Hi, John! This is a Spring Mills Depot car, and they did a special run for a club that the owners belong to. I picked it up at the 2020 Amherst Railway Society show in January.
It fit my region, and allowed me to run a Wagontop car. By 1984, the year I model, the B&O had long retired all the Wagontop cars, but it’s conceivable that a local shortline would still have been running a few they picked up secondhand.
